How can I enlarge any picture I find off of the internet onto a 8.5×11 piece of photo paper and keep quality?

I want to take any image I have off of the internet, enlarge it enough so it’ll fit perfectly onto a 8.5×11 piece of computer paper, and keep quality as much as possible. How?

Well it really depends on the original quality of the photo. If it is of poor quality, the bigger you make it, the less the quality. Some photos you find were uploaded in high quality and will easily transfer to 8.5×11 without decreasing the quality. If you find a picture on the web, click it, which will usually take you to an image-only page. If the photo is still small, don’t bother trying to make it larger. If the page opens up and it fits the whole screen, or close to it, right-click and then click “Save as”. Save it to a folder in your computer that you’ll remember, and then open it using whatever picture viewer you use, then print.
