Lab Dots

My elderly dog has a few black dots on his stomach, and he is constantly itching them.?

He is probably 11 years old and is a Black Lab and German Shepard mix. I think he has had a minor stoke a while ago, but I am not sure if these spots are related. In other than the itching he is still full of life and isn’t showing any signs of pain.

If the spots appeared gradually, they are age related.
If they all appeared in a time frame of 48 hours It sounds like fungus.
Check environmental sources and get him to the vet for proper medicine.
