What are some good heavy-duty gloves/mittens for my freezing fingers?

I’m in my 20s, but I’ve been told I have poor circulation, and I can’t go outside in the cold for more than a few seconds, even with big mittens or gloves on, without losing feeling in the tips of my fingers. I need some heavy-duty gear!! Any suggestions?

For Christmas, my uncle gave everyone in my family glittens. Glittens are gloves inside mittens and they are insanely warm. I snowboard all the time so they are perfect. Where we live its pretty common for it to get pretty far below 0 everyday and with the glittens i can spend all day outside with out my fingers getting cold!
