When I tell ppl I am pregnant they advice me to think only happy thoughts.Do negative thoughts harm the baby?

I know the question might sound dumb,but honestly please tell me if I dont think positive and happy thots all the time, or I get anxious and worried easiily or sad about certain things..then how does it affect my baby?
Anyone went through this and still had a happy calm baby?

They just want you to have a happy, worry-free pregnancy.. it won’t necessarily “hurt” the baby.
But keep in mind that it’s impossible not to have negative or even scary thoughts about your pregnancy.
Congrats!! and it’s ok to be unhappy sometimes.. it happens!
