Fleece Blankets

What do you recommend? Fleece or flannel receiving blankets?

I’m shopping for receiving blankets, and there is a variety of fleece and flannel. However, the fleece generally only comes with one. I need an opinion, do you think I should buy one fleece receiving blanket or the set of flannel blankets? Keep in mind the comfort of the baby, of course!
I live in West Virginia and am due in mid-July. It’ll be fairly hot.

I loved flannel blankets for swaddling, because they let you swaddle nice and tight which was key for getting my newborn to sleep. But I also loved the fleece blankets for keeping him warm while he was sitting in his seat, playing on the floor or when we travelled outside in the cold. The fleece blankets also got lots of use during tummy time…they were soft on his face. I would suggest a few of both.
