Help! I need help decorating a baby nursery!?

We didnt buy the whole Cocalo Sugar Plum set bc nobody uses that stiff blanket and you arent supposed to use the bumper but we got the sheets and are painting her room baby pink w plum curtains. We had originally planned to get espesso furniture but I wanted a long dresser instead of a tall one. unfortunaely those are outside of our price range but I saw a crib and long dresser for 250 on craigslist only prob is the wood looks like a natural color and I’m not sure if the colors will look as good. What do you think?

I think that set is adorable! They have lots of “accesories” you can get down the line as she gets older..a toybox, a stand for knick nacks. I googled to see what the set looked like. One site had the espresso crib and furniture(normally I love darker woods but..not for little girls, the furniture should grow with them and girls and dark wood…imo dont go) the floor was natrual wood, at the site..didn’t look good with the bedding at all. The window trim and chair rail were ivory! that was my first thought. I would get off white or ivory furniture, with the pink walls and plum curtains, I think that would look best!
Google the set…look at the different woods in the picutres to see what you think will look best with the set. Look at amazon, thats where I saw the dark crib, naural floors and ivory trim.

I have 2 kids, they both used the blankets to go with there set. They werent stiff at all after you washe them. THink in hte future..now she shouldn’t use a blanket but in a few months..years she will need one. it would be nice to have the matching blanket to the set. they also both used bumpers..they say not to. I tried with both. they did fine for a few months but when they started rolling there hands and legs started to get stuck inbetween the crib slots. Thats when I put the bumpers in.
