Bumbleride Indie your thoughts?
I have only recently started my stroller research, and came across the Bumbleride Indie. I like the looks of it a lot and from what few reviews i’ve seen its a pretty good stroller and good in the snow (a must for living in Canada)
So since i (ideally) want one stroller that does all, is this a viable option.
I want a stroller that:
-can handle winter in Canada (think snow and ice)
-can be used on terrain other than sidewalks/pavement (grass, dirt paths etc)
-Fairly compact fold
-fairly light
-Easy open/fold… at least after you get the hang of it for sure
-carseat compatibility (we’re leaning towards a britax chaperone)
-full recline
-easy to push, and decent maneuverability (for when in stores, occasionally the mall)
so do you think that the Bumbleride Indie can meet most of what we’d like in a stroller? Are there any strollers that you can think of that meet our needs (or most of them)?
The only thing you want to make sure is whether or not the front wheel needs to come off when it folds down. A lot of the 3 wheel/jogging strollers need to have the front wheel taken off to fold it down flat to stick in a trunk. They’re not very portable. That’s why a lot of people have two strollers–one for the mall trips, and one for the all terrain trips. That’s why I keep my Maclaren in my trunk at all times.
