Chocolate candy favor kit for baby shower?

I got this kit that makes chocolate baby rattles on sticks. It is for my baby shower and I volunteered to make them favors. I was wondering though it says not to put them in the fridge why? It is summer they might melt? Also can i put stuff in the middle? Say like nuts or chocolate? Or will it not set right?

you don’t want to refrigerate chocolate because the cocoa butter will rise to the surface and make your candy look cloudy. it doesn’t affect the taste or even the quality of the candy, but some people are put off by the appearance. you could fill the baby rattles with caramel, peanut butter or nuts, but filling it with ganache or other chocolate could cause the filling to melt and the rattle not to adhere properly to itself.
