I’m taking a wild guess thinking that you don’t know much about horses or horse racing. Stall cleaning is part of a groom’s job. Grooms salaries can vary widely depending on the discipline. A groom at the race track has a different pay scale than one that works with show horses or for a private stable.

In addition to your internet search, I suggest calling horseback riding camps, hour tours, tracks, etc. to get the answers to your questions.
